The City government of Candon in observance of the Civil Service Month celebration had its annual family day celebration.
City Mayor Allen Singson with his wife, Mam Freda Luz, and his parents Deputy Speaker Eric Singson and former Congresswoman Grace, led the celebration done at the Candon City Beach Resort, Darapidap, Candon City, Ilocos Sur.

City Mayor Allen Singson led city officials accompanied by punong barangays for the sisterhoodf Candon City, Ilocos Sur and Taytay, Rizal. Other City Officials present were City Councilors Alfonso Singson, Rhoda Abrero, Oseas Diasen, George Valdez, Angel Balagot, Rosario Villalobos, and SK Fed Pres Angela Itchon. Also accompanying them was former Congresswoman Grace Singson.
